Supreme Court Announced Decision of Panama Leaks Case

Supreme Court of Pakistan has announced a 3:2 detailed decision comprising of 540 pages. It is mentioned to form a JIT (Joint Investigation Team) within seven days comprising of representative of State Bank of Pakistan, ISI, MI, NAB & FIA who will decide this case in a period of 60 days. The decision is comprised of Five senior judges in which two judges Justice Asif Saeed Khosa and Justice Ejaz Afzal gave negative remarks stating that Prime Minister must be disqualified from his position. However other three judges were at different opinion. Prime Minister along with his sons had to face the JIT investigations and satisfy their the team.

The issue arise when huge amounts of documents were leaked by a law firm Mossack Fonseca in which black assets of worlds renowned white collar persons were exposed including several Pakistani citizens and sharif family is at the top. After that series of cases were filed in courts in which this case was the most serious filed by Imran Khan, Siraj ul Haq and Sheikh Rasheed Ahmad.

Now, its up to the JIT who will decide the fate of Panama Leaks case within 90 days.
